⚙️  How It Works

1. Complete this form and upload valid proof of service/status.
2. Your document must clearly show your name and your status.
3. You may cover any sensitive information not required for verification (example: SSN / DoD ID).
4. Once reviewed and approved, your discount will be applied directly to your customer account.
5. For future purchases, simply log in using the same email and your discount will apply automatically to eligible items at checkout.

• Submissions are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.
• Once approved, you will not need to verify again.
