Processing Time
Orders ship within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Need it faster? Choose Rush Delivery at checkout and your order ships the next business day.
Carriers & Delivery Time
Our preferred carrier is USPS, but we also ship via UPS and FedEx depending on your order and destination. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days after your order ships; faster options are available at checkout. Our Shipping Department operates Monday–Friday and is closed weekends and major holidays.
Tracking
The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Watch your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 3 days of delivery: email missioncontrol@aliensmokeshop.com with your order number as the subject line and clear photos of the item and packaging. Transit damage is resolved through a claim with the shipping carrier — we provide all paperwork needed to support your claim. For coverage against lost packages, theft, and wrong items, add Alien Protect™ at checkout.
Returns
All sales are final — the only exception is an item that arrives damaged or defective, reported within 3 days. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
