• Orders process within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri).

• Rush Delivery ships within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri).

• No processing on weekends or major holidays.

🛰️ Carriers & Tracking

• We currently ship via USPS only.

• You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your order leaves our facility.

🚀 Delivery Times

• Standard: 4–7 business days after shipment.

• Faster options may be available at checkout (subject to carrier limits).

🔞 Age-Restricted Deliveries

• Many items are 21+. Adult signature may be required per state/federal law.

• Orders that fail age verification or use false info may be canceled without refund.

🌎 Shipping Restrictions

• We comply with federal, state, and local laws.

• Some products cannot be shipped to certain states/regions.

• No international shipping at this time.

💫 Order Protection — Alien Protect™

Boost your peace of mind at checkout.

What it is: An optional protection plan that covers lost, stolen (porch theft), damaged, or incorrect items.
How it works: Add Alien Protect™ at checkout. If something goes wrong, file a claim and we’ll handle it.

File a claim:

• Email: missioncontrol@aliensmokeshop.com

• Subject: Order #[your number] – Alien Protect Claim

• Include: photos (for damage/incorrect items) and a brief description.

Deadlines:

• Lost package: file within 7 days of the last carrier scan or expected delivery date.

• Stolen package: file within 48 hours of the carrier’s “Delivered” scan.

• Damaged / Incorrect: file within 7 days of delivery.

Resolutions (at our discretion): replacement, refund, store credit, or discount.

Not covered: wrong/insufficient address entered at checkout, unclaimed packages, carrier/weather delays, used/opened items, or any order without Alien Protect™ added.

Bottom line: If you skip Alien Protect™, risk of loss/damage/theft passes to you once USPS accepts the package.

🛑 Damaged or Lost Packages (Without Alien Protect™)

• Once USPS has your package, carrier issues are outside our control.

• For damage/loss without Alien Protect™, please file a claim with USPS.

• We’ll gladly supply documentation: missioncontrol@aliensmokeshop.com.

• Still need help? Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order #.
