Submit anytime you notice something affecting operations, sales, safety, or customer experience.

Tip: Write it like you’re helping someone fix it without you being there. Exact details save time.
🚨 Priority guide
Safety issue, store can’t operate, or money loss now.
Submit immediately, then tell the manager on duty.
Affects sales or daily operations.
Annoying but workable.
Cosmetic or non-urgent.
❗ Important rules
- Verbal-only reports don’t count. If it’s not submitted here, it’s not reported.
- No texts or DMs as a substitute.
- This protects you. Submitting creates a timestamped record.
- Details matter. “Broken” isn’t enough — include what/where/what happened.
- If you can’t fix it quickly: create an Asana task in Work Orders before end of shift.
- Copy the full description, attach photos, set priority, assign owner (Sam/Manager/Vendor).
- No “I’ll remember.” No “later.” If it isn’t in Asana, it doesn’t exist.
