✅ What’s Covered

• 📦 Lost Packages – If your carrier never delivers your package.

• 🕵️ Stolen Packages – If tracking shows “delivered” but your order never arrived (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery scan).

• 💥 Damaged Orders – If your products arrive broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable.

• 🔄 Wrong Items – If we ship you the wrong product(s).

❌ What’s Not Covered

• 🏠 Wrong Address – Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

• 📬 Unclaimed Packages – Shipments returned because they weren’t picked up.

• ⏳ Delivery Delays – Transit delays caused by carriers, weather issues, or holiday slowdowns.

• 🛑 Used/Opened Items – Products claimed as damaged after being opened or used.

• 🚫 No Protection – Orders without Alien Protect™ added at checkout.

📝 How to File a Claim

1. ⏱️ File within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery if lost).

2. 📧 Email MissionControl@aliensmokeshop.com with your order number and details.

3. 📸 Provide photos for damaged items (packaging + product).

4. ✅ Once verified, we’ll provide a resolution.

✨ Claim Resolution Options

Approved claims may be resolved in one of the following ways:

• 🛒 Store credit

• 📦 Replacement shipment (if inventory allows)

• 🎟️ Discount code toward a future purchase

⚖️ The resolution method will be chosen at our discretion, based on product availability and the nature of the claim.
