Some items β like our Rocket Boxβ’ monthly subscription β are offered as a subscription or pre-order. Here's exactly how to change or cancel those purchases.
π Subscriptions (Rocket Boxβ’) Skip or cancel anytime+
- When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you're charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance.
- Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term. Don't want to renew? Cancel before your next billing date.
- You can skip a month or cancel anytime β your order confirmation email has a link to manage your subscription, or manage it from your account.
- Timing matters: cancel or skip before the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the next month's box.
π Pre-Orders Cancel until fulfilled+
- A pre-order is an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the remaining balance later.
- Before fulfillment: you can cancel an unfulfilled pre-order anytime for a full refund of anything you've paid β email us with your order number.
- After fulfillment: once your pre-order ships, it's a completed sale and our all-sales-final policy applies. The only exception is an item that arrives damaged or defective, reported within 3 days.

We do not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchases. All products are sold as final sale per our Return & Refund Policy. If this ever changes, this page will be updated with the full terms.
βοΈ Changing a regular order Before it ships+
Need to change or cancel a standard (non-subscription) order? Contact us immediately β if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to stop or adjust it. Once an order ships, it cannot be changed or canceled and the all-sales-final policy applies.
