Battery might be dead or airflow blocked. Remove stickers, check for debris, take short primer puffs. If still dead, bring it in for a DOA exchange.
How can I avoid burnt hits?
Don’t chain-hit. Let coils re-saturate between puffs. For refillables, let new coils soak 5–10 minutes before use.
My pod is leaking — what do I do?
Don’t overfill, keep upright, and avoid heat. Replace the pod if it keeps leaking — seals degrade over time.

Remove stickers, clear airways, and try gentle puffs. Still no vapor? Likely DOA — bring it with your receipt.
Pod system won’t fire?
Check contacts for condensation and ensure pod is seated properly. Try a new coil or pod.
Battery not charging?
Use the included cable or a low-amp charger. Unplug immediately if it overheats.
Burnt taste?
Coil is likely finished. Replace coil/pod and avoid chain-hitting.
